The design team is holding a brainstorming session tonight, so we will post our conclusions afterwards.
Hoepfully, this will set the direction for the entire project. Everything from the processes to use to the technical execution. Should be good stuff.

It is nice to hear that the project is still alive. I'm looking forward to start.

We talked online for four hours! Yikes.
Snarky will post something soon, and I will start making concept sketches. It's too bad this has to start around the holiday season, when so much else is going on.

I knew this would be transferred to chatrooms...<sigh>
But glad you started planning about making plans for a plan...

We tried collaborating over the forums for a while, but it doesn't really work so well:
snarky: I think the main character should wear a hat! (the next day) bigbrother: And it should be green! (another day goes by) snarky: I've changed my mind about the hat. We will continue to make the things we produce public, however, and once we have some material to work with it can be the collaborative effort we always intended.
Meanwhile, I managed to lose the transcript of the chat. However, thanks to big brother I have it back. I'll whip up some meeting notes and start work on the design document this week.

Just to keep you in the loop, I've been pretty busy this week, and haven't had time to do the meeting notes. I have made a (small) start on the design doc, though. Hopefully there'll be more time next week, and you'll get to see what we have once we have it.

I have an idea. I've seen the graphics, and they look really cool. As this game will be made by various teams, and big brother is here primarily to lead the artists, every team should be given an opportuinty to personalize the graphics to themselves, as I see the graphics have a lot of potential to be tweaked.
What do you guys think of the general idea? That way there will be less annoyment in the following of a strict style, and we will see different styles, which will also be cool, because also they will be very similar.
